The Park

A relaxing rural retreat just a short walk from the beach, town, and a beautiful Nature Reserve. With gorgeous views and everything you need.

Our park is fenced and child friendly, meaning your kids can freely enjoy our play area, paddling pool and sandpit. We are only a stone’s throw from the town recreational park too, which includes a popular skate park.

Overlooking the picturesque Axe river valley and Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve and only ten minutes walk from Seaton’s pretty town centre with it’s variety of shops, cafes, and tourist attractions and its beautiful stretch of beach.

We are pleased to offer a range of quality caravans to suit every pocket.

There’s also a laundry and drying area available for our guests.

With no clubhouse at Axevale, you can enjoy the peace and quiet you deserve or take a pleasant stroll to one of the many welcoming pubs nearby or head out for a delicious meal at one of Seaton’s fantastic restaurants.

Our on-site shop is open every day to fulfil all your basic needs. Alternatively, you can call in at one of Seaton’s shops on your way back from the beach to stock up on anything else you need.

We have an EV charger on site so no need to leave the park to find somewhere to charge your vehicle.
